Turn one land destruction. Dark Ritual into Rancid Earth or Rain of Tears and control their mana from the get go. Progress forward into Stone Rain , Demolish , Avalanche Riders , and Despoil . Drop Polluted Bonds as soon as you have one, pop any of their creatures that you need to, put Polluted Dead on the board then Smallpox and take two lands in one shot if necessary. Hit Toil / Trouble late game to give them two more cards to their handful with two life lost then make them lose life equal to the number of cards in their hands. If they've been playing ballsy, losing life to Polluted Bonds in an attempt to get going, Toil / Trouble will really hurt them.
