Aggro wizard tribal has been decent the past couple standard sets. Decks needed Adeliz to clench those wins. The loss of Soul-Scar Mage is pretty heavy but, the arrival of Beamsplitter Mage and Wee Dragonauts fill the gap and then some. Beamsplitter Mage can win games on its own no problem. Beamboi and Adeliz, the Cinder Wind on the battlefield at the same time is devastating. Add Wee Dragonauts in the mix and your wizards become a extremely powerful force. This deck can also turn the game around out of nowhere in a single turn. Never underestimate the sheer power of the Izzet wizard.
