Maybeboard

This is a deck I built from cards I had lying around. I would like some feedback on some budget edits to improve it. I know that Lu Xun isn't necessarily the best commander for this deck, but I like the flavor a lot (Horsemanship is glorious), and the card draw is nice. He is also a more appropriate CMC for a commander.

The purpose of the deck is to prevent opponents from casting threats and removing yours while continually bouncing things back to their hands. Obviously, as a blue deck, it has copious amounts of draw power.

So far, I have playtested it a few times against my Selvala and Zurgo decks both in duel and in multiplayer format, and it holds up okay (given that both of the other decks are $200, I was impressed), winning about 50% of the games against them, doing better in multiplayer than in duel (primarily because Selvala and Lu Xun both want to get rid of Zurgo first so that they aren't overrun while in 1v1, you're more of a target).

After my first online playtest, I definitely want to take the Leyline of Anticipation suggestion because it combos well with Spine of Ish Sah and any of my creatures. It will take the place of Interpret the Signs because I didn't quite need the extra draw. I will also be swapping Briber's Purse out for Propaganda. When I get them, Counterspell and Forbid will be auto-includes, swapping for less efficient or less universal removal. AEtherize will take the place of Force Away, and Pull from the Deep will become a Call to Mind. Thus, the current acquire-board stands at $9.29.

Thanks for the feedback!

Okay, so I played my first game online, and it went pretty well. I played against a Karador, Ghost Chieftain, Kaalia of the Vast, and a strong Chorus of the Conclave counters deck (that was also pretty budget). I knew I had to keep Kaalia from getting OP, so I countered her with a Dissipate as soon as her controller played her, which helped me stabilize a little bit. The Karador, Ghost Chieftain deck was a pretty decent dredge deck, but he quit before he really played much (I kept bouncing Karador to his hand because it was the most immediate threat).

After he dropped out, the battle was mostly between Kaalia and Chorus as I hid in the background without playing much. In this time, I mostly drew cards, and I played a couple of creatures that quickly died to the many sweepers of the Kaalia deck. Kaalia could've swung for the win against the Chorus deck, but I played Countermand to his True Conviction to keep Chorus in the game. Chorus, having been unable to attack due to my Stormtide Leviathan, killed the whale, and killed Kaalia with a 112/112 Heroe's Bane. He then used Wall of Reverence to gain 112 life and put himself at 140-ish life. It then became a battle of stalling until I could get enough creatures to slowly whittle him down. I used Thousand Winds, Aetherspouts (twice with Pull from the Deep), and Cyclonic Rift to keep myself in the game. I soon ultimated Jace, the Living Guildpact which put me greatly in power.

The game having lasted 2 hours, though, my opponent decided he had become bored and left, claiming that I wasn't winning, but merely stalling without a clear win-con. I would have to disagree. I had a full hand, and he had no cards, and I was playing blue. I also had out Prognostic Sphinx, AEtherling, Mindscour Dragon, Hypnotic Siren, and Wurmcoil Engine. I can't see how I wasn't winning. I must say that a rage-quit win with a $70 EDH deck feels glorious, but I am worried if I will be quickly hated out in most groups because most people hate playing against control?
