Instant (3)

Sorcery (4)

Enchantment (1)

Planeswalker (2)

U/B has been the color combination of choice for control decks since RTR rotated, and left us without Sphinx's Revelation. Although the U/B control decks have put up some great results, the addition of DTK warrants a splash of white mana to really get competitive. Dragonlord Ojutai and Narset Transcendent are the entire reason to add a third color to this deck. While being a great win condition, and a way to get great card quality from his ability, he also allows us to play cards like Silumgar's Scorn and Foul-Tongue Invocation . Having him alongside Silumgar, the Drifting Death increases the chance that we can get full value from these cards as well. Narset Transcendent is the 2nd reason to splash white, because she fits right into a control shell. While her +1 ability will generate card advantage for you, her -2 ability will allow you to rebound any instant or sorcery (imagine having 8 Dig Through Times in your deck). While it isn't great to value a planeswalker on her ultimate, she does have one that puts any kind of aggro/midrange deck on death row by not allowing them to cast creatures. The rest of the deck is mostly self-explanatory, and pretty much what a basic control deck would look like. Feel free to leave any comments or suggestions.
