Mono Red isn't exactly the color combination normally associated with control. The goal of this deck is to grind out the game through politicking and gradual card advantage.

The problem is that mono-red has no good draw engines. Wheels are out for this deck, because trading one-for-one then refilling our opponents' hands is pretty pointless.

The deck is still under construction, and any suggestions would be welcome. Of note, land destruction is a strategy I don't want to employ. It's a somewhat casual deck, I still want to have friends after the game.
