The Preparation for competitive and sideboard — April 25, 2015

Preparing for my local PPTQ coming up on the 16th of May. With Grand Prix Krakow i have to prepare heavily for the Mirror Match. I think The Sideboard should be efficient against my tough matches which include; Mono-Red Dash Aggro, G/W/? Manifest, and the Mirror. Explanation of the sideboard - 2x Perilous Vault in Side, Gets rid of Reanimator and Manifest decks Typically switch with Crux of Fate
- 2x Stratus Dancer or Risen Executioner for the Control Mirrors - 2x Bile Blight and Drown in Sorrow for our toughest matchup of Mono-red also works against G/R - 3x Encase in Ice Flash against Deathmist Raptor Dragonlord Atarka and any other pesky creatures, may be replaced not 100% - 1x Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver Great against creature heavy and other control decks - 1x Foul-Tongue Invocation Same reason it's been in since day 1. - 2x Thoughtseize Amazing Card. Good against; Mirror, Superfriends, even ramp decks. Just almost always useful.
