Thoughtpicker Witch is an amazing card for control/combo. I'd also add Perilous Myr and at least a few more sac outlets/one or two Intangible Virtue just for the alt win.
well, i think it would be good to drop Bloodflow Connoisseur and add Thoughtpicker Witch or even a Viscera Seer for more control or a Mortician Beetle if you just want a big creature, its a lot better because it doesn't get bigger with just the creatures you sac, but your opponents as well. also i would drop card:Altar's Reap for a Skullclamp or two. its much more effective and can be used as often as you want so long as you have the creatures and mana for it.

If you're planning on having this legal in anything but vintage, drop the Skullclamp . Otherwise, go crazy.
I tried the same thing not to long ago for a casual play deck. Maybe we could Swap ideas?
Butcher of Malakir Would be great in here, that vampire just screams to be used. And it's 5/4 flying Grave Pact on legs, handy attacker, fantastic blocker.

If you add Pawn of Ulamog with Nether Traitor then you get an infinite sac combo with Phyrexian Altar . and a card i love to use to stack my draw is Viscera Seer .

i would add a Grave Pact also, Nether Traitor and a Reassembling Skeleton would be a nice fit as well.
