disagree. geist isn't as good. he dies to soo many 2 drops and niot even trade. straight dies. such as thalia, elite inquisitior, porcelain(technically 3 drop), strangleroot geist, its annoying. plus splicer combos way better with the restoration angel

1) Your restoration angel is going to target Snapcaster Mage 95% of the time, for a mana leak, gut shot, dismember, vapor snag,

2) Geist might die easier, but he almost always gets in for 4, and in an aggressive deck like Delver, that's more important than a 3/3 first striker who can be chumped for turns on end.. Not to mention, Hexproof? Hexproof is huge in standard right now.

3) Blade Splicer is 4 points of power. Geist is 6. If they don't hit an early creature, and you vapor snag the creature they do throw down, you're in a much better position.

Blade Splicer is a great card, but I wouldn't run 3-of in a Delver deck. If your metagame says Blade Splicer is better than Geist of Saint Traft, then you should be changing more of the rest of your deck as well. As it sits, it looks like Blade Splicer is just sorta shoehorned into Geist's spot on the curve..

Put it this way: your deck (and most Delver decks) are designed around getting your creatures in the red zone. That's why you have Mana Leak, Vapor Snag, and Snapcasters. Not only does Geist get more damage in per attack, but he's straight up more aggressive than Blade Splicer. A 3/3 FS is good defense, it's hard to attack into that, but if your Delver deck is playing defense you're in trouble.

1 restoration angel does not target snapcaster 95% of the time in ANY delver deck. watch all the scg opens with delver 5% is high 95 is absurd. its either raw dogged or used to save geist or if its more like uw midrange than its on plicer

2 splicer plus restoration angel plus vapor snag equals so many 3/3 first strike golems that they cant chump them away.

3 if as you said they dont hit an early creature and i vapor snag the creatures they do hit then how do they chump blade splicer? with what creatures. in this case geist is better but in most others its not. remooval isnt that good on blade splicer because if they target the token i make mire with angel if they target the splicer and i cant save it with restoaration angel then it still leaves me with a 3/3

I think you have too many creatures, and non-instant/ sorcery spells that would help you flip the Delver more consistently.
