This is a deck I have been working on for a few months now, it is pretty straight forward, and could probably combo out; though not as smooth as some would like. Anyway the deck has your typical blue package with ample card draw and counter magic, as well as a way to steal lots of stuff thanks to the general and her interaction with Leyline of Singularity.
