Rakdos is Rude

May not seem like your run of the mill, cut-throat deck, but trust me when I say this isn't something you want to encounter. While it does have a few more weaknesses compared to some of the other top commanders, once the ball (very sharp, heavy ball) starts rolling, it becomes a very big and noticeable threat. In fact, the best player in my EDH league, who's won 8 seasons in a row, actually deconstructed this deck because he felt it was too competitive.

So here we have a large amount of options. When you get your opening hand you typically want at least one of these lower drop damage sources. Not only are they necessary to get our party master out, but also get the burn train rolling. Any of these low drop pingers are great for dropping Rak out pretty early on. The best one that you could probably get out would be Lobber Crew since he'll untap when Rakdos enters for an instant creature cost reduction, turn 3-4.

Vial Smasher the Fierce is fantastic in this deck, having it around turn 4 or 5 with Rakdos (or not) out is great. You'll have on average 6+ mana by now so when you drop something relatively higher cost first it'll make dropping your whole hand on the field far easier.

I included Ob Nixilis, Unshackled here because people tutor and search a lot in commander, so it really pushes people into a corner of either giving you heavy drops or hoping for a kill spell to deal with your shenanigans.

Now that you should have some sort of damage on the board, be it Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh   or Rakdos, Lord of Riots himself, you should be able to bring some pretty scummy plays to the field. For example; Swing with Rak for 6, you should have at least 4 mana by now, so you can effectively bring a turn 3 - 4, possibly free 6-10 drop onto the field with just Rakdos alone. If you're lucky enough to have Vial smasher out, then that's a six to twelve damange ergo creature cost reduction.
After you've played your hand of high drop death machines, you should wheel immediately if you can (or tutor for one if possible). This will continuously feed your ever growing board with more high drop creatures, colorless or not, along with the chance for more wheels.

The category is name such because that is exactly how everybody feels about it, myself included. You will make people salty with these, make no mistake. The tamest one here would be Master of Cruelties tbh. Vedalken Orrey makes things really frustrating for the opponent when you have things like chandra's emblem, or Magmatic Force . It's even more so when taking into account this seemingly innocent little statue. This thing is nasty, plain and simple. Think about it like this for example;

It's turn 6, a few people have some heavy hitters, The Mimeoplasm is giving you funny looks, Atraxa's deck has been over targeted so no superfriends, and the Merin deck looks pretty pissed after you dropped Bojuka Bog. You have Rakdos, Lord of Riots, Conduit of Ruin (with Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger on topdeck), and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth on the field. Probably around 12 mana w/mana rocks. Swing with Rakdos, Conduit, and Kozi all at the Mime. Kozi and the conduit are blocked, blockers die, lands are sacked, and the Rakdos goes unblocked. 6 mana reduction, drop Maga, Traitor to Mortals with 3 black so 6 +1/+1 and 6 more damage, therefor creatures are a total of 12 colorless cheaper. Play [Winds of Change], drawing into a now free Ulamog and your [Cloudstone Curio]. Drop cloudstone (6 mana left open) and you drop your Ulamog. Exile what you need and return Kozilek back to your hand. Play kozilek, draw 4, and return Ulamog. Rinse and repeat.

You now played all of your high drops, your deck could be your hand, you can take an infinite amount of turns from all players with [Emrakul, the Promised End](effectively decking them out via draw for turn, and it's uncounterable), exile all of the things with ulamog and probably win the game in the next combat phase or this turn with Purphoros, God of the Forge and//or Vial Smasher the Fierce + infinite cloudstone.

Conclusion

Now the thing that I find great about this deck is that you don't need to go infinite if you don't want to, yet still have a chance to swamp the entire game. This deck is very competitive in concept, but I would very much appreciate any suggestions put forth for this as I'm not highly experienced in deck building or making descriptions for that matter. Thanks for giving it a look and I'd love it if you'd drop an up-vote so more people can help improve this deck.
