This deck is designed to be able to win off of milling your opponents deck in a very fast manor. I took out Jace's Phantasm to make the milling even better.

You should beable to reliably win any game with only 3 lands on the field.

Only cards that should be more than 3 mana to cast are Jace, Memory Adept, and some sideboard cards.

switch out 3 Mind Sculpt and 1 Breaking / Entering for 4 Glimpse the Unthinkable if you want to go cheap.

Fetch lands will make this deck ROCK as they trigger Hedron Crab twice, milling 6 per turn for one crab.

Dream Twist Allows you to keep mana up for your instant cards and if it goes unused you can still mill your opponent, Making effective use out of your mana.

I added a TON of draw spells and more fetches. I think this deck is working top notch now, I almost always hit my land drop, and curve out perfectly.

You draw tons of card to keep your hand full, use Darkness, Crypt Incursion, and Fog Bank to stay alive. Against combo decks side in Thoughtseize+Surgical Extraction for a turn 1 combo killer, great vs. Ascendancy combo.
