A combination of the budget and blinged version of this deck from mtg goldfish https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/budget-commander-coin-flips-70 The main win con of this deck is to use Frenetic Efreet to make Chance Encounter possible. By responding to the ability of Frenetic Efreet with its own ability means you can keep flipping until you want it to phase out while getting ten flips and hopefully winning the game. Otherwise, the goal of the deck is to get Krark's Thumb into hand and use it to smack your opponents with your fun flips. Plus there's a random Etali, Warrior's poet in it so... Have fun.
