I've looked around and did some research and I believe I created an effective, powerful, and most importantly fast Mayael the Anima deck. The fastest I've been able to tap her for her ability was turn three.

My third and final version on a Mayael EDH. Now that I think it's close to completion, I'm working on foiling the entire deck. I figured I'd throw it on here and take any suggestions before I go out and buy a foil version of everything else. Its a basic concept, just ramp until you get some scary guys out and win, It's an enjoyable deck (when you're on the delivering end).

Currently there are 31 creatures that have a power over 5 that can be cheated in with Mayael the Anima, there are 7 that can't. In all the games I've played with this deck, no game has ever given me more than one dead draw using her effect. Now in a perfect world, she would never have a dead draw but my luck isn't that good. The hardest decision I have with this deck once I have the mana; is either use her ability or play something big that I drew. The only two creatures that must be cast from my hand is Myojin of Life's Web and Aurelia, the Warleader.

If you think of anything that can be replaced, don't hesitate to make a suggestion.
