Steel Leaf Paladin is a placeholder for Steel Leaf Champion.
This deck plays cheap fatties that have restrictions/drawbacks, and ramps them out early while working around the restrictions.
The idea came from combining the cheatiness of Gavin Verhey's Not Paying with the consistency/efficiency of Mono Green Stompy.

Strong plays
Talara's Battalion on turn 2 after Manamorphose / Burning-Tree Emissary.
Myr Superion on turn 2 after Joraga Treespeaker / Burning-Tree Emissary.
Collected Company can play on turn 3 after Joraga or Birds and can find Talara, Myr Superion, Rhonas, and Steel Leaf Champion.
Rhonas the Indomitable can play on turn 2 after Birds of Paradise and has plenty of 4-power friends (and pump spells to turn manadorks into 4-power friends).
A good hand brings out one of these fatties turn 2 and CoCo's into two more of them on turn three.
