Want to win by flipping coins? I can't promise any wins, but I sure can promise you'll flip a lot of coins!

Why Narset?I chose Narset since a lot of the deck essentials are non-creature for flipping coins and winning. So many that I think it's possible to use some tricks to ensure that we only need minimal number of creatures.

How do I flip coin? So, the win condition: Chance Encounter! Everything in this deck is built around stacking Chance Encounter with multiple copies of Krark's Thumb via Mirror Gallery.

Wherefore art thou, win con?That means I need artifact tutoring, enchantment tutoring, artifact duplication (multiple thumbs!), instant/sorcery duplication, and coin flips. Duplication in general was a theme behind this deck - I actual had Riku of Two Reflections as the commander of this deck in its earlier incarnations, but I think I'm going to split the two ideas. This deck could work alright if it was B/R/U. or even R/U, but I have a feeling this will be much more fun.

Not to mention, Proteus Staff stacks your deck as you desire once Narset manages to resolve.I'll call it 11/99 cards at that. 1/9. Tasty.
