I wanted to give a Partner commander deck a shot, so combining Sidar who gives power 2 or less pseudo-flying and Tana, 2/2 who makes 1/1 upon combat damage, I made a power 2 or less based deck. A saproling focused deck that is about doing things with unblockable small creatures. Hence the Sap Slap.
