Top of deck, top of curve jank and potentially on top of your opponents too. Utilizing mechanics such as cycling, evoke, split cards (lets hope their CMC rules stay this way for some while), that one playable nonartifact affinity card, that one playable suspend card, everybody's favourite drake, and other free spells the library is stacked with high CMC spells for our commander. However if our belief in the heart of the cards isn't strong enough, we'll stack the library for him!
