Second attempt to make a thinner deck for discard (first one was about 80 cards plus sideboard...)

Trying not to rely on creatures but in cheap enchantments and artifacts, I feel that it's difficult to focus on only making people discard (Liliana's Caress and Waste Not or making profit of their no-hand (The Rack and Shrieking Affliction). The point is that I think that all has sinergies with everything, and it's difficult for me to focus.

I'm more attracted to the idea of blowing my oponents' full hand rather than surgically removing their most beloved cards in order to make them make reckless decisions (to use cards before they're discarded) or to be sure they don't have backup plans.

I'd need more help in order to improve what I'm doing rather than making large experiments, but any comment or criticism will be welcomed.
