Combo deck centered on infinitely looping Gravecrawler or one of the 0-drop artifact critters from graveyard to battlefield, while Circu (Gravecrawler only), or one of his "stand-ins", watches. Chose Circu instead of Vela for commander because he's cheaper and board politics make him a better pick for my group.
