The meta I play in is pretty recursion heavy, so I thought I would build a deck to exile all the other recursion cards and possibly break any combos that I might come across. This deck is in no way fun to play against, but sometimes you need to have a deck like this in your arsenal. Suggestions always welcome and encouraged.
