CIRCLE OF THE BANSHEE

This is my final setup (only 4x Zealous Persecution will be added at some point in the near future // Fetchlands to reduce the amount of basic lands...still on a budget atm). It has proven to be fast and consistent. A tick faster than the faerie version and the counter version, both present in my local meta.
