CipherSnipe (Standard MTG Deck)

A cipher deck that makes use of cheap instants and sorceries to pump Nivmagus Elemental , as well as to deal direct damage with Guttersnipe and spam red weenies with Akroan Crusader and Young Pyromancer. Although Trait Doctoring is used exclusively as spellfodder, both Hands of Binding and Hidden Strings help allow damage through earlier in the game; Hidden Strings has the added bonus of being capable of paying for itself or other spells, allowing for some extremely fast games.

Replaced Inaction Injunction with Teleportal; Although the cantrip on Inaction Injunction is nice, Teleportal allows for more reliable ciphering as well as an alternate wincon in the overload.
