This is not a good deck and I know it. All the other rares were picking on Search the City though and I wanted to help it feel better about it self. Now it has it's own deck where it is the star, and no matter what the outcome of its matches, it will always be a winner to me.

The point of this deck is to use Cipher cards to make it easier to cast the cards that you have exiled with Search the City, while also feeding instants and sorceries to Talrand for drakes. Mizzium skin and the counterspell suite help keep Talrand alive long enough to do some work.

The deck is Mono-blue because I want to maximize my chances at making Search the City work, and that means having as many of any card that I can fit in. Diversifying into different colors makes that much harder. I have thought about Realmwright in order to be able to cast multicolor spells but I ultimately think that that is too risky of a strategy to count on.
