This is my budget version of a competitive Chulane deck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. With Chulane, Teller of Tales + Intruder Alarm and mana dorks that tap for 4 mana, you can draw your entire deck by continuously bouncing (With Chulane) and recasting a one drop creature and untapping the mana dorks to draw your deck and win with Finale of Devastation. You can scale this with creatures that cost more than one mana.

Chulane, Teller of Tales + Mana Breach + Shrieking Drake can draw your entire deck and once you find a Lotus Cobra you can begin to net mana and win with Finale of Devastation . Mana Breach also acts as a great stax piece for the rest of the table.

Bloom Tender + Intruder Alarm + Shrieking Drake can get you infinite mana for a massive Finale of Devastation.
