This is more of a reverse stax (does that even exist?) where I watch my opponent try to play magic while I skip all my turns, and unlike a traditional mill deck this deck mills my opponent by skipping my own turns, Howling Mine is more of a mercy to my opponent at this point so they die faster.

Stasis, Chronatog, Glacial Chasm, are the main hard-lock pieces.

"Pillow Fort" before the hard-lock consist of Propaganda, Slow Motion, Winter Orb, Pendrell Mists. Using Withdraw and Snap also help to keep the board clean.

To speed things up I'm using Sol Ring, and Howling Mine as my ramp pieces.

Once lock is in place, cards like: Foil, Thwart, and Mind Over Matter help to keep my opponent locked for the remainder of my turn skipping and their eventual "mill" death.

The Winter Orb and Reset also serves as a good way to not lose total lock down in case my Stasis lock somehow is removed, allowing me a little more time to re-lock the board.

Opponent: "That was the most boring game of magic I have ever played"

Me: :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
