This deck wants to obviously stall for as long as possible in order to deploy one of its win conditions. The current conditions are Approach of the second sun, Revel in Riches, a really large debt to the deathless, or just beating down with Chromium himself. There is a combo involving decree of silence and solemnity/hex parasite which will lock everyone else out of the game via countering all spells they cast. You'll have plenty of wipes or spot removal to clear the board of creatures or other problems that have made it onto the board before you deploy the combo. I typically like to get decree of silence into the graveyard with Chromium's ability and then use Obzedat's Aid to put it directly onto the battlefield but casting it and having it stick isn't impossible. You could also just avoid taking any damage whatsoever by playing force bubble with solemnity, the combo is cheaper but you'll have to protect it with counter spells or convince others at the table that it's less threatening than it seems. Keep in mind that life loss is not damage and therefore gets around force bubble so you'll still take damage from read the bones and such.
