I got tired of the same old Voltron build for chromium, so i decided that i would make a deck based on stalling and controlling the field while waiting for chromium to enter and deal his 21 to win. Alternatively using the smaller creatures to ping for damage and gain massive hand advantage.

NOTE: this deck was made with cards i currently own and have on hand, so do not mind many of the lower quality versions of cards like Painful Lesson instead of Night's Whisper. I'm open to any/all suggestions, as this is really the first commander deck I've built from the ground up without any real net decking aside from looking up a few cards.
