This deck is semi budget with a few upgrades if you would want to include, given you have the money or just prefer them. For Casual Play

Chromium happily gives us the option to just freely discard cards. Why not take advantage of it?

Unfortunately most madness cards are red or just terrible but I gathered the best ones (in my opinion) that could be used for some fun, quality game play.

This is an Esper Deck, so long story short: you control until you manage to get a big boy (Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger or Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur) into the graveyard and reanimate for cheap. Or you can cast Enter the Infinite and Laboratory Maniac + Card Draw to win. If all else fans, you have a 7/7 beater and possibly Spectra ward to help win the game.

To get this far ^^^ I put all the signets and mana rocks I could combined with a bunch of Card Advantage as I could.

TL;DR: Step 1: Cast Commander ASAP

Step 2: Control + Draw into Win Con

Step 3: Win Con a. Reanimate Big Things into play. b. Enter the Infinite + Laboratory Maniac. c. Commander Damage.
