Through out my Commander career I have been aware of my ratings on the Colors from best to worst. And they have been as fallows with 5 being worst 1 being best, and colorless not being a color.

2. white
3. black
4. green
5. Blue

And with this knowledge we can discover the best color combination (excluding 4 and 5 color) is Sulti. Because of this I have wanted to create a Sulti commander, only to never truly have the drive based on a concept or commander. Yet this changed when I played my Suicidal Oloro deck in a 4 man with Kami deck. There were many draws, with each player drawing 3 a turn and having no max hand-size, and I had a blast. So I decided to make a hug deck. Since I have been wanting to make a sulti and had drive on a hug deck, I decided to Plan a deck, and quickly came to the conclusion to make Tasigur, since he is the most social and friendly among the Creations and monsters that make thier names as sulti Legends.

Now the deck's concept is to play many a hug spell and activate Tasigure, Choose an oponent and ask them, "What would you like to do this turn?"
