The idea is simple:

Get Chatterfang in play as soon as possible and start making tokens.

Every token you make, of any kind, makes a squirrel in addition.

Use the army of squirrels and other tokens to either overwhelm with combat damage, or sacrifice the tokens to deal lethal damage using Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or Syr Konrad, the Grim.

A couple notable combos:

Pitiless Plunderer + Chatterfang, Squirrel General + any free sac outlet (such as Carrion Feeder) generates infinite treasures and squirrels

Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest makes infinite squirrels

the deck has a decent amount of ramp and it's not hard to get Chatterfang out early. I don't really run much protection because the deck can generate so much mana that if Chatterfang dies he is easy to recast.

Citanul Hierophants and Cryptolith Rite are crazy good in this deck especially if you have Concordant Crossroads in play. If you have that and a way to draw cards a win is basically inevitable cause you have as much mana as you can generate creatures.
