This is a deck I put together after getting half-inspired by the guys at CommanderCast, and half because I wanted to make a more interesting mono-U Commander deck.

There's a lot of stuff here that could make this deck look a lot like a mono-U GoodStuffs deck, but it really isn't. This is mostly because Chisei and its needs do wonders powering down the quality of cards drawn off Consecrated Sphinx while powering-up cards like Clockspinning which is basically a game winning card in this deck.

Blue players will find this pretty lucrative because it provides a less threatening deck with an even more skill-intensive deck due to all the proliferate triggers and counterspells.

Ultimately, this deck is a slow-rolling bowling ball aimed at creating a better board state for you before your opponent can wrath or destroy key pieces to the puzzle. In this way, Chisei acts as both a way to get damage and a way to keep cumulative upkeep costs low.
