What's better than playing unfair cards? Playing unfair cards unfairly :)

Top-deck manipulation (Sylvan Library, Mirri's Guile, Scroll Rack, etc) puts your choice of fatty on the top. You then have several ways to cheat them in from there (Call of the Wild, Zoologist , Descendants' Path ). Got stuck with a fatty in your hand that you can't cast fairly? Use Elvish Piper or Quicksilver Amulet . There are ways to cycle them or put them back on top of your library, as well. Riptide Shapeshifter is an interesting card worth discussing. Naming certain creature types, such as Eldrazi, is like playing the lottery, but you can name a creature type that will get you the one card you want: Wurm Worldspine Wurm, Boar Decimator of the Provinces , Octopus Elder Deep-Fiend, and God Kruphix, God of Horizons .

Open to suggestions, especially on the choice of creatures. I went with cheap Eldrazi spawn/scion to ramp and activate Descendants' Path , Call to the Kindred and Cryptic Gateway, but I could see a beast tribal theme working as well, which would also trigger Momir Vig, Simic Visionary more often.
