I recently got my friend into magic, EDH to be specific, and I he really seemed to like green. I told him that there were good pre-made commander decks out there for $35 and that they were a pretty good place to start. Then I thought, why would I do that? I can make a deck for him that's even cheaper than that and works just as well if not better. Who needs elves anyways when you got a deck full-a fatasses!

I've always wanted to use the underwhelming sultai sac-your-fatasses effects to gain life and even made a casual deck that uses the Kheru Dreadmaw and Angelic Accord to get an endless cycle of the crock eating and sh*ttin out angels, and it was such a hilariously horrible thought that I knew I had to throw it in a commander deck somewhere. And who else works so well with fatass creatures other than Doran? Problem is, Doran isn't exactly cheap, but he fit so well with the theme that I decided to cut the losses and try and keep it under $20 anyways. Plus he adds a cool aggro-of-walls element to it.

So this is what it came down to. The maybe board is stuff that either got cut or is if they actually want to spend the money to take the deck to the next level. The Whip can be swapped out with the Conviction as they have pretty much the same price. As usual, any suggestions are always welcome!
