I was going to post a bunch of suggestions and found the comment growing too long. So I just built a deck U/G Soulbound. This would be where I would take this deck. Every card suggested is pretty cheap and would help the ramp/draw/aggro theme of this deck. I know card acquisition is likely out of the question for now so I pulled some random stuff that should help in the interim.
