An Affinity style budget artifact deck.

T1: Ramp it up with low cost artifacts like Paradise Mantle and Springleaf Drum.

T2: There are few 1-2 CMC spells in this deck, so using Ratchet Bomb is an early option. It's fairly good with hexproof creatures in addition to tokens, mana dorks, and weenies. Otherwise, remove opponent's creatures with Dispatch, which, in this deck, is better than Path to Exile. Otherwise drop Cranial Plating and Ornithopter or play more Mantles and Drums.

T3: Drop Etched Champion.

T4: Drop Kuldotha Forgemaster or Steel Hellkite.

T5: Use the Forgemaster to tutor for a Sphinx or Darksteel Collosus or swing with a Hellkite, Champion, or an equipped Ornithopter. Use Myr Servitor as the main sac outlet if possible.

Additional parts: Thoughtcast will draw cards. The ramp mana fixes consistently. Mind Stone is both a ramp, a sac outlet, and a card draw. Ornithopter can block fliers, attack early with Cranial Plating or sac outlet along with ramp artifacts or even an unused Bomb for the Forgemaster.

Sideboard: A few swaps for Forgemaster tutor targets. Revoke Existence for non-creature/non-land permanents. Pithing Needle against planeswalkers and so much more. Sanctimony against burn. Other stuff, too. Whatever.
