Jaya's advice is very good. And they shouldnt break the bank. Gideon is a must. Also, running some counter-magic for hexproof, and other creatures who do bad things that you can tap. You need an answer to other control decks and Burn.
+4 Glacial Fortress , +3 Oblivion Ring s, +2 Gideon Jura , +2 Frost Titan , +2 Day of Judgment , -3 Niblis of the Breath , -3 Due Respect , -2 Burden of Guilt . IDK, not really a competitive deck, but it will be fun casual play
