I'm trying to shake things up in Commander for a change. I want things to be constantly changing, with a preference in my advantage, although the main theme is to keep players thinking on their feet. If you know of any chaotic combos or silly cards post them in the comments section below =) Here is a brief summary of how things are categorized:

Pick your poison

Bite of the Black Rose , Brilliant Ultimatum , Capital Punishment , Council's Judgment , Expropriate , Plea for Power , Thieves' Auction , Tyrant's Choice , Whims of the Fates , Risky Move , Coercive Portal , and Fatespinner

The point here is to allow the other players to have a say in what happens to them. Instead of dropping a Planar Cleansing out of nowhere it's much more enjoyable to hear the table discuss whether to pick carnage or homage for my Coercive Portal . It provides for a looser atmosphere amidst the destruction and insight into your opponent's concerns, which may give way to their strategy. Instead of having things "just happen", have a say in how you destroy yourself!

Whatcha got there?

Blatant Thievery , Bribery , Thieves' Auction , Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker , Treachery , Confusion in the Ranks , Notion Thief , and Eye of the Storm

I know what you're thinking, " Eye of the Storm doesn't steal cards." You're right, but it does allow you to use cards that your opponents play, which can be turned against them, which is pretty slick and worth mentioning here. Notion Thief steals cards and is discussed further in my updates. This deck doesn't have many creatures and so hopefully the people you play with have some awesome ones! The intent here is to say, "What's mine is mine and what's yours is also mine." Usually there are one or two members in my playgroup who use my other EDH decks, which are packed with goodies to steal. Check them out here:

Cruel Entertainment , Game of Chaos , Illicit Auction , Scrambleverse , Thieves' Auction , Warp World , Whims of the Fates , Chaos Moon , Confusion in the Ranks , Eye of the Storm , Grip of Chaos , Hive Mind , Pandemonium , and Possibility Storm

This section is just plain wacky and fun. "Hey, Magic isn't supposed to be played like that!" "There's no skill involved!" Well, my friend, then why did Wizards print these cards? This is just a different, albeit unconventional, way to play the game. As far as skill is concerned, I think it takes far more skill to effectively pilot your deck (that you probably know inside and out) when things are constanty changing, permanents are fleeting, other people are making choices that directly affect you, and you can never be sure of what is going to happen when that coin is tossed. If you can operate under these conditions and still come out on top then that's truly a feather for your cap.

Time for a new hand

Incendiary Command , Molten Psyche , Time Reversal , Wheel of Fate , Wheel of Fortune , Windfall , Dragon Mage, and Teferi's Puzzle Box

This section really keeps the game moving, either by letting people draw what they need or if they are stuck with a land crisis. These cards are equally nutty but they are only one-time cards (unless you have Eye of the Storm out). They also only cause chaos when you want them to. Plan ahead and prepare before things get choppy. Why not wait until you can play your Sol Ring to get Molten Psyche 's metalcraft ability and add some salt to that wound? Control the chaos!

Fun for everyone

Tempt with Discovery , Eye of the Storm , Hive Mind , Gate to the AEther , Knowledge Pool , Well of Knowledge , and Xantcha, Sleeper Agent

OK, so I know that chaos isn't how a lot of people play Magic, but what if there were some good cards thrown in that benefit everyone? They might be enticed to play another round. This section helps you save a little face after forcing your opponents to sacrifice a creature and discard their hands, thus ruining their plan. If you just play to troll everyone then the style gets old very quickly. Hopefully some free land fetches, permanents, card draw, and spell choices will alleviate this pain.

Side Note: I threw Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker in there mainly because of how powerful and cool he is. He could potentially be played for free, he himself can take control of other things, and if he is able to be passed around by other players then things are sure to be crazy! Such a curve ball to an already chaotic game. It's also ironic that the all-powerful, planeswalking elder dragon should be used as my own source of entertainment.

Updates Add

Here are the lands I switched for better mana diversity:

x7 Mountain switched for Badlands, Plateau, Taiga, Sacred Foundry, Blood Crypt, Stomping Ground, Rootbound Crag

x5 Island switched for Tundra, Tropical Island, Underground Sea, Watery Grave, Glacial Fortress

Shivan Reef switched for Volcanic Island

Sunken Hollow switched for Scrubland

Smoldering Marsh switched for Bayou

This obviously makes the deck ridiculously expensive BUUUT that's why I print the cards out until I can afford them. If you don't have any of these cards or just want the cheaper version just use the original choices.
