This is my new project I bestowed upon myself. I wanna make one of the most annoying decks possible with Rakdos colors. Havoc Festival, Sire Of Insanity, and whatnot.

I don't want this deck to win, per se...I just want to make the battlefield chaos and disrupt what anyone else is doing. Where I need help is that I'm too new to Magic to know all the amazing annoyances that came out before RtR. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I would like a bunch of enchantments and maybe some good constant discard effects.

P.S. Mogis isn't the definite commander, just my first idea.
