I - Remark and Commander 2017 cards comming —Aug. 28, 2017
First of all, noticed that Conjured Currency says "neither OWN nor control", which means it will be getting messier than I thought at first.
Also Disrupt Decorum is sweet CMDR2017 card that must be included here. Other cards that I plan including are Brand (to use with Thieves' Auction or Scrambleverse) and Puca's Mischief (which works fine with global enchantments that have high CMC and there is no need for them to be under my control). Those cards are put into "sideboard" section until I put my chaotic hands on them.
Changes:
Blatant Thievery ==> Conjured Currency
Thievery goes down because often ends with me being targeted right after, no matter what I pick.

Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind might be added to maybeboard, however Im afraid that in multiplayer games he will be underwhelimng.
Curiosity and Ophidian Eye as You said, will not benefit me as much as I would like to due to lack of creatures.
Hidetsugu end games too often, which means I wont include him.
Jhoira of the Ghitu also was the commander here at the beginning,but I found that hardcasting chaos stuff is faster than suspending. Also, a lot of players expect Jhoira to drop boardwipes and Fatties and are instantly targetting me.
As I said, for Jhoira it is typical to drop boardwipes and big fatties like Eldrazi Titans at once. But for chaos... I dont really know. Best thing is that suspending goes throught Possibility Storm untouched.

WOW talk about chaos! This deck would be so fun to have in a game. +1 from me. I'm definitely only sprinkling in chaos compared to this. I like the look of Goblin Bomb. How has that been working out for you?

For Goblin Bomb, it is working fun, but not really as I expected. Players are actually really scared of it and often start targeting me as soon as it hit the board. Others are removing it asap but sometimes it sticks the board and it gets politicial about who shouldn't I bomb. But it is a lot of fun, pushing Chance Encounter forward.

I have build my own EDH Chaos deck, i used Jhoira of the Ghitu as my commander, wished i had seen the potential in this commander and the support you have found for it, might swap them out and rebuild it because i agree with you 100% that it gets boring without a win condition :)
I have some cards in my mind that could go with this decks card draw-burn theme :)
Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind: Has both the burn and the card draw going for it.
Curiosity/Ophidian Eye: You do not have a lot of creatures, so this might not be the best extra card draw, but it could go infinite with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind.
Heartless Hidetsugu: Kinda fun making everyone lose half their life, and with either Dictate of the Twin Gods or Furnace of Rath it might kill some people.
And lastly, do you know some combos and/or win conditions that can be used in a chaos deck with Jhoira of the Ghitu as the commander, or just general combos? :)
