This deck is really crazy fun. Even in the playtester. I warn you, that you really got to focus on the stack. Otherwise you lose track and that table flips.

Glad I could be of some help!

I think green could be a fun addition with even very simple spells like card:Ranger's Guile or Sheltering Word could be awesome. Other things like Vines of Vastwood , Might of the Masses and similar could also be hilarious fun.

Clearly, dealing with the potential blow-back of pumping your enemies could be 'difficult' but a simple spell like Artful Dodge would get you into the clear on multiple occasions. Cackling Counterpart could also double your creatures (or more) which could just win you the game sometimes. Even seemingly pathetic spells like Fleeting Distraction could become almost strictly better than any draw spell ever as you draw heaps of cards. The only worry, with that sort of thing, being that you have to regulate how often you cast that sort of spell to avoid decking yourself. haha

Overall, I think that Ink-Treader Nephilim could be a fantastic Hero and that the main worry about it is simply making it so that you can give all creatures either hexproof (they won't be able to target their creatures anymore, lol ) or Shroud would at the drop of a hat. After all, the rewards could be ENORMOUS but the blowout of losing everything to a Doom Blade or similar would be rather saddening.

I'm that kinda Johnny player, that if I can get to just work once, say every 15 games, i'd call it a victory. Ink-Treader Nephilim is my kind of bet-all scenario.

So' I'm thinking some sets of 1 drop instants , like Cloudshift , for a base of the color pie. I.ecard:Ranger's Guile. I'd be looking at Assault Strobe as my red (Haha Double Strike to all!). And Fleeting Distraction wouldn't be bad. Artful Dodge would be devastating after Cloudshift with Flame-Kin Zealot on the field. Not to mention any other big baddies.

Maybe Stave Off for protection? Ha funny stuff. This deck could really take off.

It's only as unreliable as your attention span during the game. If you are focused, no matter how the stack resolves, (Most of the time) You always come out on top as long as you keep targeting him.
