The idea of the deck is to play many cards with different tribals synergies and make use of them using Mirror Entity, which make all your creatures into changelings with all creature types.

You get mirror entity into play with your many rebels (and one mercenary) that can tutor them right into play at instant speed(!). It's importent to first get a nice board state that can use Mirror, because getting it removed makes the deck much weaker - it's the hidden commander of the deck. I try to alwayes have the actual commander out first, so Mirror would have indestructible and give it to the rest of your creatures. Wrath? Just say no!

I mostly try to win by tutoring the 3 "Champion a creature" changelings and get infinite ETB effects by exiling them to each other (It's a bit complicated, but I'm sure you can figure it out). Then you get infinite tokens with Wirewood Hivemaster(which is also great way to build a board state when you don't combo), infinite drain with Kalastria Healer/Wayward Servant, do someting with the infinte mana you can get by tapping the champion with haste for mana each loop (With Gemhide Sliver and the like), etc. The champion changelings, when you get them with Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero, Skyshroud Poacher or Seahunter, can also champion at instant speed to protect importent creatures.

It's pretty common you steal all of the lands from someone with Gilt-Leaf Archdruid, and once or twice I manged to take all the turns with Wanderwine Prophets.

When all other options fail, you make all your creatures into 8/8 indestructible slivers and bush everyone to death.

Some specifc cards notes:

Coax from the Blind Eternities is in the deck to bring back Mirror Entity from exile if needed, but I also made a suggested sideboard for it. Mostly I use the Eldrazi I have in my binder, and Cribe Swipe.

Sliver Overlord - Don't make them the commander! It will draw heavy fire from the table, and the rebels are better at tutoring anyway. When you do cast him make sure to have 3 mana up to get Shapesharer if someone would try to copy or steal them. Facing Overlord is very hard for the deck, especially after they stole your commander. Shapesharer can save you in such a case. If no one deal with him, tutoring Shields of Velis Vel to steal several creatures at instant speed might win you the game.

Intruder Alarm makes comboing off easy, so try to avoid playing it before it wins you the game - other players would try to kill you when they see it. To keep it fair I didn't put in any ways to tutor for it.

Try to tutor Skyshroud Poacher when you can. The elves theme is strong in the deck, and it will give you a lot of good options.
