Is it possible? Can it be done? Can I turn one of the worst legendary creatures of all time into a functional EDH General?

Let's find out, using my steps for design-

Commander Synergies (cards that can operate at a useful level with Chandler's piss-poor ability):

• Mycosynth Lattice - An obvious auto-include to create some removal potential
• Karn, Silver Golem - Allows non-creature removal, and with the Lattice, offs anything for
• Liquimetal Coating - While a singular effect, does allow anything to die for no extra mana
• Thran Forge - A costlier, but repeatable version of the above effect
• Junk Diver + similar effects - Allows retrieval of useful stuff through sacrifice
• Wurmcoil Engine - Instant speed response for two decent blockers, a good combat trick

Color Cards (stuff that just works well in the given colors as-is)

• Daretti, Scrap Savant - All hail the loot-god. Also saves key deck pieces from the grave
• Goblin Welder - Daretti's sidekick, useful defensively and for reanimation
• Wheel of Fortune effects - Always aiming to get closer to useful things
• Faithless Looting effects - Same principle as wheels, but more evenly paced
• Mana rocks e.g. Ruby Medallion or Fire Diamond
• Combustible Gearhulk - Vague looting effect that also sorta fits Chandler's vibe
• Possibility Storm - Chaos aside, can fetch some hefty goodies (Blightsteel Colossus) for low mana
• Chandra, Torch of Defiance - She's just really good.

Combo Potential (weird 2-3 card pairs that could unexpectedly win a game)

• Infinite Mana: Reiterate + Mana Geyser or Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth each create infinite mana scenarios
• Mana Outlets: Walking Ballista is the nu-school favorite, but Rocket Launcher is still fun, and Red Sun's Zenith is always floating somewhere (I might need to add more like it though...)
• Jank: Blightsteel Colossus always makes someone salty, but Heartless Hidetsugu + Grafted Exoskeleton is the ultimate hilarious stalemate; or when in doubt, Hellkite Tyrant
• Damage: Fling or Soul's Fire does fun things with damage-doubling effects; this also applies to "pain wheels" like Molten Psyche or Fateful Showdown
