Since the deck worked rather well the last times we played, i want to make a bit more of an elaborate discription for it and work a bit on polishing it up.

I want this to be a deck more on the political side of the spectrum, but without overextending into it, so that the table will not get fed up with chosing, nominating, and so on... Also this will always be a deck that will care about creatures and combat, to exploit Gahiji, Honored One 's ability to the fullest and also because if his ability makes an impact, games mostly wont take long to get to an end.

ATTENTION: i just had Aysen Crusader lying around and just thought if (!) i can use it i will, so it is just a pet card in the deck. I can not really defend having him in there, other than that it is really big in this deck.

When i first thought about making a Gahiji Deck i knew 2 creatures i definitely wanted to be in there: Adriana, Captain of the Guard and Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor . Adriana because her Melee ability just seems to be perfect for a combat centric, but still politicing deck, that would make my support creatures actually decent sized and Varchild, well it's advantage is threefold: it gives every opponent tokens, with which they can attack everyone but me, the tokens themselves cant block it and if it get's removed somehow, the tokens come to my side of the field to attack again. When i looked at the first selection of efficient, combat orientated creatures and realising that most of them belonged to either Soldiers, Warriors or Knights, i tried to help them out a bit with basic, subtle tribal buffs, that still did not shift the deck completely into a specific Tribal direction.

Thus Knight Exemplar , Shared Animosity and Khorvath Brightflame and Sylvia Brightspear and Boldwyr Intimidator (who is also just ridiculously funny when playing him) got added. Shared Animosity pumps sadly just mine, but thats ok (i'm no true group hug deck and still want to win), while Boldwyr Intimidator con also be used to change types of creatures not attacking me, thus he can also become a political tool! Some of my best and biggest ceratures in the deck are Knights, so even if it's only a few that can become indestructible, those can be important ones like Boartusk Liege , the aforementioned Adriana, Captain of the Guard as well as Aysen Crusader or Knight of Obligation (and the Extort is actually helping out greatly).

The second thing i wanted to maximize Gahiji's effect is additional combat steps (he affects creatures "until end of turn, so multiple combat steps means multiple pumps).
