I may continue to update this list, but now that Flash is banned, I'm not a huge fan of this deck anymore. In my opinion, it'd be better just to play Food Chain Sliver.

Combos Explained

Consultation Package

Cast Demonic Consultation naming Extremely Slow Zombie or cast Tainted Pact in response to a Thassa's Oracle trigger to win. Alternatively, you could have Jace, Wielder of Mysteries in play, cast a "Forbidden Tutor", and then +1 Jace to win. However, if someone casts a removal spell on your Jace and it resolves, you'll end up drawing from an empty deck and losing. Jace is also not in the current iteration of the deck because the deck feels consistent enough without him.

Food Chain

Get Food Chain into play. Then, cast Eternal Scourge or Misthollow Griffin. Exile either of your "Cast-From-Exile" creatures to Food Chain to make X + 1 mana, where X is the exiled creature's converted mana cost. Use X of that mana to recast the "Cast-From-Exile" creature. Then, exile it to Food Chain for X + 1 mana, then repeat this process until you have 99 billion "creature mana" of every color. Then cast Ukkima, Stalking Shadow. Exile it to Food Chain, draining someone for 2, then recast it, exile it, and repeat the process.
