Enchantment (2)

Artifact (1)

'Rhammidarigaaz' is part of a cycle of dragons that I love, and I plan to build decks around all of them.

This guy was a tricky one though, as he seems to want to manipulate what's in an opponent's hand in order to get in for as much burn damage as possible. With the exception of cards like Thoughtseize though, nonblue colours don't lend themselves wonderfully to hand manipulation, or bounce.

This deck functions as a political group hug deck at the start, with cards such as Seizan, Perverter of Truth and Horn of Greed filling up opponents' hands and keeping everybody happy. At the moment it relies on good will to not get hated out from the beginning, something I feel I'm going to have to tinker with as I test the deck.

The basic idea is to flood opponents' hands with cards in order to get the most bang for Darigaaz' buck. Though Spiteful Visions makes its way into the deck, I didn't really want to go all in on making a sub-par Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck. Instead, this deck ideally wins with Darigaaz' burn, and unpleasantly surprising wins can be pulled out of nowhere with Phyresis and Tainted Strike in a pinch. Other spells like Toil / Trouble can help rack up the damage or finish off opponents out of nowhere.

Likewise, some cards like Price of Knowledge can deal a lot of damage unless dealt with immediately. Head Games can couple up with Darigaaz for a lethal combo if the target has enough cards in hand.

A lot of the game-ending strategies do require a lot of mana, so I have thrown in a pretty standard Oracle of Mul Daya and co. land package.

That pretty much sums up the deck. It's definitely one of my weaker and jankier designs, but I still love the whole dumb idea behind it.
