CONCEPT:

This is a deck brewed to abuse Anointed Procession + Soul Separator .

The idea being that soul separator splits its target into 2 tokens, and anointed procession doubles those tokens, so we will get 2 1/1 spirit copies of the creature and 2 x/x zombies with that creature's stats.

To further abuse this interaction I decided to use creatures for the target of Soul Separator that are creatures that can also benefit from Anointed Procession. I settled on 3 that can all win the game; Regal Caracal, Angel of Invention, and Hanweir Garrison.

FOR EXAMPLE:

Activating Soul Separator on a Regal Caracal in the graveyard, with Anointed Procession in play, will result in:

-TWO 1/1 Regal Caracal flying spirit cat clones,

-TWO 3/3 zombies,

-EIGHT 1/1 cats with life-link.

The Spirit cats make 4 cat tokens each. They also anthem (+1+1) the other cats and each other. In total this play nets 34 power at instant speed for 5 mana and 1.5 cards. And the set-up is pretty easy,

TURN 5/6 COMBO:

T1--Land.
T2--Land + Cathartic Reunion discarding a Regal Caracal and something else.
T3--Land + Soul Separator .
T4--Land + Anointed Procession.
T5--Land + activate Soul Separator at end of opponent's turn (or during their atks if you need to) targeting Regal Caracal.
T6--Untap + Swing for 34 (36 if you targeted an Angel of Invention instead).

NON-COMBO:

One of the really fun parts about this deck is that you can win without the combo. All your creatures are very very powerful and having just 2 of your creatures on the board is usually enough pressure to force your opponent onto the defensive. Having access to 9 discard spells means that if you get all your Soul Separator s and none of your Anointed Processions, you can at least cycle them out of your hand. With the help of Declaration in Stone and Sweltering Suns you can buy yourself any extra time you need to take full advantage of them.

CURVING OUT:

T3--Hanweir Garrison
into
T4--Anointed Procession
followed by
T5--Angel of Invention
opponents sigh.

Updates Add

REVAMPED!! Deserts add extra depth to an already deep plan. Now we can get extra value and get to turns 5 and 6 where we dominate! Magma Spray Desert's Hold and Nahiri, the Harbinger work well together to eliminate almost all creatures and neutralize their abilities, meanwhile our board is made up of hard to control creatures, and hard to remove non-creature permanents. The deck can often win without casting a single creature spell, and yet a single unanswered Hanweir Garrison  Meld or Regal Caracal can win the game for you. Regal Caracal has won me over, even though Angel of Invention combos with Hanweir Garrison  Meld the cat is a slightly bigger body and it makes a huge difference, pushing it out of Magma Spray range.
