Cat-astrophy (Casual MTG Deck)

A while ago, one of my friends out of his assorted collection attempted to make a "Cats and Dogs" deck, or rather, with hounds (dumb subtypes 101). As I did some research, I found that the Cat type is actually quite expansive, and so this is my attempt to streamline the "Cats" portion of his deck. If it works well enough, then I will probably buy it and give him a copy of it.

The Catty Personality

True to the nature of cats, the cards here will dash in and muck things up. All of these cats have some effect. Qasali Pridemage and Seht's Tiger have different instant speed applications. Prowling Serpopard (as a 4 of) will help hose counterspells. Otherwise, the cats are here to come in strong and get better. Fleecemane Lion is strong on curve, and will protect itself. Other cards are fairly self-explanatory. The Serpopard is to destroy control matchups, because I'm a brat that imprints Mana Leak on Isochron Scepter.
