Casus Belli: 'an act or event that provokes or is used to justify war'

Felt like adding another dynamic to my current commander decks, quite like commanders that push their value and being able to hit everyone on the table with Shattergang Brothers certainly fits the bill. Making everyone sacrifice constantly will likely provoke everyone but in the same respect i can regulate the board, feels like games will get political which goblins aren't exactly renowned for...
