That's a very good and budget tribal deck, really fast and I had some really positive results, as nobody expects to play against this deck.

There are 2 essential cards in the deck: Lord of the Unreal and Phantasmal Image. Lord of the Unreal gives +1/+1 and HEXPROOF to all illusions, since the drawback of most of the illusion is "When cardname becomes target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it", hexproof eliminates it. You can copy the Lord with a Phantasmal Image, and since it still a illusion, the Phantasmal Image gives +1/+1 and HEXPROOF to itself and all other illusions

Krovikan Mist , Chronozoa , Illusionary Servant , Phantasmal Bear , Phantasmal Dragon and Phantom Warrior are the illusions in the deck

Mana Leak is the counter and Dispel can be used to counter the opponent's counter

Peek is a alterntive for Gitaxian Probe and Serum Visions is simply too great to be left out of any blue deck
