This deck is built around entering the battlefield effects, for creatures (such as Peregrine Drake, Glowing Anemone and Stonehorn Dignitary) and a couple of artifacts (like Spine of Ish Sah). This deck uses equipment to make the commander, Brago, King Eternal unblockable (with cards like Skyblinder Staff, Whispersilk Cloak and Prowler's Helm). This allows you to attack the opponent directly with Brago, so you can retrigger enter-the-battlefield effects that would normally only be used once. In one turn, you could bounce Spine of Ish Sah and destroy a permanent your opponent controls, Cloud of Faeries to untap a couple of lands you control to play some more creatures or whatnot, Augury Owl to scry 3, and then Mulldrifter to draw two of the cards you just scried, and then Mystic Remora to lower the number of age counters on it and finally Aven Riftwatcher to gain 4 life and reset the vanish counters on it. You can use Strionic Resonator and Peregrine Drake (or Sol Ring or Cloud of Faeries to continuously retrigger Brago's ability, and as long as you have a creature that allows you to draw cards and a scry creature, you can just draw any cards you want from your deck, allowing you to draw into a no-max-hand-size card, and anything you think might help you win the game. Alternatively, you can use this to bounce all opponents' lands with Glowing Anemone, or destroy every other players' permanents with Spine of Ish Sah, or gain infinite life, or bounce/detain/exile each creature, or return your graveyard to the battlefield (to a certain extent of course), etc!

Each creature is overpowered when their abilities are able to be retriggered (especially cards like Stonehorn Dignitary, Phyrexian Ingester and Spine of Ish Sah), so your opponent won't know which one to try to kill (aside from the commander who should be shrouded or hexproof), because they're all so useless and innocuous normally. The concept is simple and easy to play, and if you can get your commander out on turn 4, it is a fast win. Between bouncing your opponents' lands and creatures, scrying and drawing, lifegain, and removal, this deck is an essential toolbox of abilities, and once you get Strionic Resonator out, you're in for a really fun time!
